- Implement and maintain endpoint security policies (BitLocker, Defender, etc.).

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

- Experience with Windows 10/11 device management,

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents.

Experience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
