Hiring: Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Functional Consultants

Location: Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week from office

n

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Functional Consultants with strong end-to-end implementation experience across Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.

n

Experience Levels

n

8+ years – Senior Consultant

n

12+ years – Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant

n

15+ years – Principal Consultant

n

Must Have

n

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

n

2-3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations

n

Mandatory implementation experience in:

n

Inventory Management

n

Order Management (OM)

n

Procurement

n

Strong functional knowledge across SCM business processes

n

Experience in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis

n





Functional design, configuration, and solutioning

n

Experience with SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and deployment

n

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

n

Ability to independently lead implementation activities

n

Advantage

n

Oracle Fusion Costing / Cost Management experience

n

Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM migration/transformation

n

Process assessment and fit-gap analysis

n

Data and process transition experience

n

Fusion Cloud adoption/transformation projects

n

Solid understanding of SCM integrations and cross-module business flows
