Job Location: - Dar es Salaam, Tanzania - Qualification : Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. - Experience Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Steel Slitting / Coil Slitting operations. Job Description: - Operate and supervise Steel Slitting Machines for coils of minimum 0.75 mm thickness. - Handle machine setup, production parameters, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Monitor production, product quality, machine performance and minimize downtime. - Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical teams for maintenance and breakdown resolution. - Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, quality, and production standards while reducing machine downtime. - Solid practical knowledge of Steel Slitting Machines handling minimum 0.75 mm thickness coils.
