JOB DESCRIPTION:

n

Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced, self-driven SAP ABAP Technical Lead who can independently own technical solution delivery across multiple SAP modules. This role goes beyond development—it requires technical leadership, architecture thinking, stakeholder communication, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical discussions, creating design presentations, coordinating with Basis, Security, Functional, and Integration teams, and driving technical decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

n

Technical Leadership

n

n
- Lead end-to-end technical design and development activities for SAP solutions.
n
- Own technical workstreams and drive delivery independently.
n
- Mentor junior developers and perform technical reviews.
n
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.
n
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
n

n

SAP Development

n

n
- Expert-level ABAP development including:
n
- OO ABAP
n
- CDS Views
n
- AMDP
n
- Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)
n
- Reports
n
- Interfaces
n
- Forms (Adobe Forms/SmartForms/SAPScript)
n
- Dialog Programming
n
- Workflow enhancements
n
- RFC/BAPI development
n
- Robust understanding of RAP programming model is preferred.
n
- Experience developing Fiori OData services (Gateway).
n

Performance Optimization Debugging

n

Must possess deep troubleshooting capabilities including:
