About CodeYogi

n

CodeYogi Foundation gives underserved students across India early access to deep AI fluency

n

and technology skills practical rather than theoretical, mobile-first, in their own language, with an

n

AI tutor on the phone already in their hand. No laptop, no English requirement, no teacher in the

n

loop. We've reached 4 lakh+ students, nearly half of them girls, with roughly 95% learning on a

n

smartphone alone. We work with district administrations and state governments across 9 states,

n

100+ districts and 4,200+ institutions. In the districts we work in, coding literacy runs at 5× the

n

national average.

The Role

n

We have important relationships to maintain, but no one is dedicated to doing it full-time.

n

CodeYogi works with senior government officials, philanthropists and CSR leaders who support

n

us, and partners who connect us to new people. We need to keep these connections strong and

n

build new ones.

n

Right now, our executives manage this alongside their other responsibilities. This means delays

n

in messages, missed follow-ups, and long gaps in communication with people who are

n

important to us. Your job will be to fix this.

n

You'll manage and strengthen these key relationships. This includes finding the best way to

n

connect with people, ensuring regular communication, preparing our executives for meetings,

n

and following up so nothing is missed. When done well, your work will feel seamless — people

n

will simply feel that CodeYogi always remembers them.

n

What You'll Do

n

Know the people

n

n
- Learn about each person in detail, their personality, what drives them, what they dislike,
n
- and how they prefer to communicate.
n
- Understand how they and CodeYogi can support each other.
n
- Look for opportunities to connect changes on their side or updates from us they'd find
n
- valuable.
n

Start new relationships

n

n
- Focus on key people identified by the team and find the best way to reach out.
n
- Make the first message thoughtful and personal, no generic introductions.
n

n

Run the conversations

n

n
- Manage messages — email, LinkedIn,



WhatsApp with the people who matter to us.
n
- Work with executives to plan how often to stay in touch with each person and ensure it
n
- happens.
n
- Follow up so nothing gets missed, no unanswered messages or forgotten commitments.
n
- Do whatever it takes to keep relationships strong and ensure people value and
n
- remember our work.
n

Prepare the executives

n

n
- Write pre-meeting notes so executives walk in knowing who they're meeting, the current
n
- situation, and what to say.
n
- Send follow-up messages after meetings so the connection keeps moving.
n
- Collaborate with executives and team members to gather the data and stories needed
n
- for your messages.
n

n

Keep the record accurate

n

n
- Check and correct the CRM updates made by our AI to ensure all relationship details are
n
- accurate.
n

n

AI will assist you with tasks like researching people, updating the CRM, and drafting messages,

n

but you'll decide what to say, when to say it, and when something doesn't feel right.

n

At first, executives will stay closely involved and review your work. Over time, the goal is to build

n

trust, so they can hand you a relationship without needing to worry.

n
