Key Responsibilities

n

- Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
n
- Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.
n
- Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
n
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
n
- Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
n




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory.
n
- Excellent English communication skills.
n
- B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory.
n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
n
- Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven environment.
