Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Experience: 8–15+ years

Focus: US Staffing | SOW | Federal & Commercial Proposals

n

We're looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Writer / Proposal Manager who can independently manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across US Federal/Government and Commercial opportunities.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role involving proposal strategy, content development, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and management of our proposal writing team.

n

What you'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Own proposals from RFP/RFQ/RFI review through final submission
n
- Develop compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and response strategies
n
- Write and edit executive summaries, technical responses, staffing/delivery approaches, case studies, and past performance
n
- Manage US Federal, Commercial, MSP/VMS, Staffing, and SOW proposals
n
- Coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, SMEs, and Leadership
n




- Assign and review work from freelance proposal writers
n
- Build and maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and a centralized content library
n
- Support Bid/No-Bid discussions and identify key requirements and differentiators
n

What we're looking for:

n

8–15+ years of proposal writing/management experience

n

Solid US Staffing and/or Professional Services experience

n

Experience with US Federal/Government and Commercial proposals

n

Strong RFP/RFQ/RFI and SOW experience

n

Excellent written and verbal English communication

n

Ability to manage multiple proposals, stakeholders, and deadlines independently

n

Experience managing writers, SMEs, or cross-functional teams

n

Good to have:

n

US Federal contracting experience

n

MSP/VMS proposal experience

n

Knowledge of government procurement and SAM gov

n

Experience using AI tools for proposal development
