We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Business Development & Studio Operations, driving revenue growth, client relationships, operational efficiency, and overall studio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and revenue growth

- Build and manage key client/partner relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

- Manage end-to-end studio operations and workflows
n
- Ensure timely and efficient project execution
n
- Coordinate with creative, production and cross-functional teams

- Track business and operational KPIs
n
- Lead and mentor the studio operations team

Ideal Candidate:

- 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Studio Operations
n
- Robust client management and commercial acumen
n
- Experience in creative, production, media, fashion, retail or related industries
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
n
- Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities
