Job Description -• Machine installation and attending breakdown calls.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by the customers.

• Thorough product knowledge and issue escalation.

• Strive to exceed customer expectation and resolving the issues in real time.

• Gather feedback on product performance, customer experience, and providing insights on product improvement to relevant teams.

•Travelling extensively for location allocated

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (Engineering/Electronic/Computer Science/Biomedical/Physics/Instrumentation).

Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve the technical issues efficiently.

• Solid technical aptitude and deep understanding about the equipment

Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hardware and Networking

Experience

2-6 years of relevant exp in medical devices/healthcare/ Preferable Ophthalmology industry.
