Job Summary

Oracle University is seeking a Principal AI Technical Delivery Lead — Oracle Fusion Applications & AI to lead the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of advanced hands-on technical learning for Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle AI Agent Studio, and related AI and agentic technologies.

This is a Principal / IC4 individual-contributor role requiring deep Oracle Fusion technical expertise, strong software-development capabilities, and hands-on experience building, modifying, integrating, testing, evaluating, and troubleshooting AI agents and agentic applications.

The successful candidate will translate complex technical implementations into rigorous courses, labs, code samples, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning assets. They will also partner with Oracle Product Development to validate technical approaches and keep learning aligned with evolving product capabilities and releases.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of advanced technical learning covering Oracle Fusion Applications, AI agents, agentic applications, extensibility, integrations, and enterprise AI development.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and document realistic Oracle Fusion and AI solutions using enterprise APIs, SDKs, integrations, developer tools, workflows, application services, and enterprise data.
- Create, modify, evaluate, troubleshoot, and teach AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio, including prompts, tools, workflows, enterprise data, integrations, security controls, and human oversight.
- Develop technically rigorous courses, hands-on labs, reusable sample repositories, code walkthroughs, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning assets using low-code and pro-code approaches.
- Partner with Oracle Product Development and other stakeholders to understand emerging capabilities, validate supported implementation approaches, investigate technical issues, and keep learning aligned with product releases.
- Apply enterprise-approved AI tools to research, prototyping, development, debugging, content creation, documentation, testing, evaluation, and quality assurance while validating outputs and applying responsible AI practices.
- Ensure technical guidance, code, labs, environments, dependencies, and learning assets are accurate, reproducible, secure, maintainable, and validated against supported product capabilities.




- Provide IC4-level technical leadership by defining technical standards, reviewing complex content, mentoring colleagues, contributing reusable technical patterns, and delivering selected workshops, demonstrations, and train-the-trainer sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience developing, extending, integrating, or supporting Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion application architecture, extensibility, enterprise APIs, business objects, security, integrations, and data access across one or more Fusion application areas such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or industry applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, including creating, customizing, integrating, testing, evaluating, troubleshooting, and managing AI agents.
- Experience building AI-enabled and agentic applications using low-code and pro-code approaches, including custom logic, APIs, integrations, tools, workflows, and application services.
- Strong software-development capability in at least one relevant language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java, plus working knowledge of SQL and experience with APIs, SDKs, source control, debugging tools, testing practices, and modern development workflows.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion extensibility and integration technologies, including Oracle Integration, Oracle Visual Builder, or comparable technologies.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, tool invocation, agent orchestration, and evaluation of AI outputs and agent behavior.
- Proven ability to independently master emerging technologies and translate complex technical implementations into technical courses, tutorials, hands-on labs, code walkthroughs, recorded demonstrations, and assessments.
- Experience creating reusable sample repositories, lab environments, dependency documentation, and automated validation for technical learning solutions.




- Experience working with prerelease software and collaborating with engineering or product-management teams to validate technical guidance, investigate issues, manage changing requirements, and develop learning alongside releases.
- Ability to work independently in an evolving technical environment, communicate dependencies, assumptions, risks, and blockers early, and deliver against agreed scope and schedules.
- Strong written technical communication, presentation, facilitation, train-the-trainer, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good-to-Have

- Relevant Oracle Fusion Applications, OCI, AI, integration, or development certifications.
- Familiarity with OCI AI services, Oracle Database, and related technologies supporting enterprise application and AI solutions.
- Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Oracle AI services, or comparable enterprise-approved platforms for research, development, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Robust prompting practices, including problem decomposition, context setting, constraints, examples, iterative refinement, and systematic evaluation.
- Experience creating reusable AI skills, prompts, custom instructions, agents, or automated workflows for recurring development or content-production tasks.
- Experience applying AI tools across curriculum discovery, learning-objective development, content outlining, code/lab creation, scenario design, assessment development, and learner-feedback analysis.
- Experience applying responsible AI practices involving privacy, security, intellectual property, bias, traceability, compliance, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
