Description

- Manage Residual Market assessments, invoices, and payment activities across FAIR Plans, Assigned Risk Pools, MAIPF, FL CAT, and other state-mandated insurance programs.
- Review invoices received via email or external portals and ensure timely processing.
- Validate market share-based assessment calculations using Written Premium (WP) data and applicable allocation percentages.
- Coordinate and execute assessment payments while ensuring adherence to regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and update the Master Tracker for all assessments, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Specialty Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to support residual market obligations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

ACA/ equivalent/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/MBA 4 - 7 Years
