About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor to conduct qualified wellness sessions for employees in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 1-hour Yoga and Mat Pilates sessions for corporate employees.
- Conduct sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.
- Plan and deliver safe, structured, and engaging group sessions.
- Demonstrate and explain postures, movements, breathing techniques, and exercises clearly.
- Modify exercises based on participants' fitness levels and abilities.
- Ensure participants maintain proper form and technique.
- Create an energetic, positive, and professional session environment.
- Encourage employee participation and engagement.
- Follow all corporate wellness centre safety and operational guidelines.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during every session.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements




- Valid Yoga certification from a recognized institution – Mandatory.
- Valid Mat Pilates certification from a recognized institution – Mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Yoga, Pilates, fitness, or wellness.
- Experience conducting group or corporate wellness sessions is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct sessions in English.
- Professional, punctual, energetic, and well-presented.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of flexibility, mobility, functional movement, and basic anatomy.
- Ability to provide modifications for beginners and participants with different fitness levels.
- Strong group-management and communication skills.
- Previous experience with corporate/MNC clients will be an added advantage.

Session Schedule Monday | Wednesday | Friday

Morning | 1 hour per session

Location: Corporate/MNC Wellness Centre

Important: Candidates must provide valid Yoga and Mat Pilates certification documents during the selection/onboarding process.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 per week
