You make outbound calls for our clients: cash-on-delivery confirmations, failed-delivery follow-ups and lead follow-ups. You also test the scripts for our voice-calls agent before it goes live.

Your first 90 days

- Learn the call scripts and the call log
- Handle a client's COD confirmation calls
- Suggest script changes from real calls

You'll need
- Explicit spoken Hindi and English
- Comfortable with scripts and call logs

Nice to have
- One regional language
