About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable, creative and versatile Yoga & Content Strategist to join our growing educational content team.

The primary focus of this role will be the development of high-quality pre-recorded Yoga courses — from planning the curriculum and structuring modules to research, content development and supporting the overall course creation process.

Our vision extends beyond Yoga. We intend to develop educational courses across multiple subjects and learning categories in the future. We are therefore looking for someone who is adaptable, curious and willing to contribute across different projects wherever their knowledge and skills can add value.

While strong knowledge of Yoga is essential, this is not limited to a conventional Yoga Instructor role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and structure Yoga courses, modules and lessons for pre-recorded learning programs.
- Assist in designing complete curriculums and learning pathways, from beginner to advanced levels.
- Research Yoga practices, concepts, techniques and related subjects.
- Develop and review course scripts, lesson content, notes, reference material and other educational content.
- Ensure Yoga-related information is accurate, clear and suitable for the intended audience.
- Contribute actively to the content creation process, including ideation, research and planning.
- Work with instructors, content creators,



production teams and management during course development.
- Suggest creative ways to make courses more engaging, practical and learner-friendly.
- Contribute to the development of future educational courses beyond Yoga wherever the candidate's knowledge, interests or abilities are relevant.
- Be open to supporting other projects, functions or departments of the organisation when required.
- Continuously explore new subjects, content ideas and opportunities that can contribute to the growth of the organisation.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with:

- Very good knowledge of Yoga – mandatory
- Relevant Yoga qualification/certification or academic background preferred.
- Good understanding of Yoga practices, principles and fundamentals.
- Ability to convert knowledge into well-structured courses and easy-to-understand content.
- Solid research and content-development ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Interest in education, digital learning and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A flexible, multi-skilled mindset and willingness to take up responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job role.




- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to new subjects and projects as the organisation expands.

Work Arrangement This is a flexible work opportunity.

Candidates may work from the office or from home, depending on the nature of the work and project requirements.

However, the candidate should be available for meetings, discussions, course planning, content development and coordination as required.

The role is suitable for someone who values flexibility while remaining responsible for timelines, deliverables and quality of work.

Compensation
