Role Description The WSO2 Integration Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WSO2-based integration solutions across enterprise systems and applications. Daily activities include leading integration architecture discussions, developing and configuring WSO2 services and APIs, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards are met.

The Integration

Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee end-to-end integration delivery.

Experience:- 8-12 Years

Core Skillsets - WSO2 Micro Integrator / Enterprise Integrator, WSO2 API Manager, REST/SOAP, Microservices.

Key Responsibilities /Preferred Skills - Lead integration architecture, WSO2 implementation, API strategy, integration patterns, SAP/Salesforce integrations, security, performance and governance.

- Candidates should possess strong Integration skills, including experience with WSO2 platforms, APIs, microservices,



and enterprise system integration.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, such as proficiency in Java or similar languages, familiarity with REST/SOAP services, and understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, design scalable integration solutions, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent integration and performance issues in production environments.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document technical solutions, and lead discussions with technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with WSO2 ESB/API Manager/Identity Server, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) is highly beneficial.
