Role Description The XRD role at Avasya Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for operating and maintaining X-ray diffraction (XRD) instruments, performing routine and specialized analyses, and ensuring accurate characterization of crystalline materials for pharmaceutical and related products.





Day-to-day tasks include sample preparation, method development and validation for XRD studies, execution of analytical runs, data processing, and interpretation of diffraction patterns in line with project and regulatory requirements. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical reports, documenting results in compliance with GLP, ISO, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, and supporting cross-functional teams in R&D;, QC, and stability studies. The XRD professional will also participate in troubleshooting analytical issues, supporting audits, maintaining equipment calibration records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong XRD operation and analytical skills, including sample preparation, instrument setup, method development, data acquisition, and diffraction pattern interpretation.
- Candidates should possess skills in general analytical techniques, such as HPLC/UPLC, GC/GC‑HS, ICP‑MS, UV/IR spectroscopy, and routine QC testing of raw materials, intermediates, APIs, and finished products.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks, including GLP, WHO guidelines, ISO 9001/17025/45001, 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity requirements, and documentation practices for audits and regulatory submissions.
