The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining WSO2-based integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and data sources. Day-to-day tasks include developing and testing integration workflows, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data pipelines for reliability and scalability.





The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and contributing to architectural decisions for AI and data platforms such as DataTwin.ai. The individual is expected to document integration designs, follow best practices for security and governance, and mentor team members where appropriate.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data flows, evaluate system performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders and to document technical solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills with hands-on experience in WSO2 or similar integration platforms, API management, and enterprise system connectivity.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose integration and data pipeline issues, resolve incidents, and improve system reliability.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills in languages commonly used for integration and data engineering (such as Java, Python, or similar), along with version control and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), data engineering tools, and modern DevOps practices is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-driven data products, security and governance in data systems, and performance optimization for large-scale integrations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
