Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

- Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.

- Monitor warranty claims process from receipt to resolution, maintaining accurate records and minimizing delays.

- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of spares and manage inventory levels effectively.

- Oversee service team, providing guidance on repair procedures, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid understanding of workshop management principles.

- 7-12 years of experience in automobile service management or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

- Proven track record of excellent team building and management skills with ability to lead by example.
