- Experience: Usually 5–10 years in commercial vehicle/truck servicing, with 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Management skills:
- Manage technicians, mechanics and service advisors
- Allocate jobs and monitor workshop productivity
- Control spare-parts usage and workshop costs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,430.93 per month
