Role: Workday Sr. Analyst / SSE

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Sr. Analyst / SSE with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting and Security, along with experience across HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.

The consultant will work on Workday reporting, dashboards, security configuration, data validation, and HR system processes while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Configure and manage the Workday Security Framework.
- Work across HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data quality.
- Support Workday integrations, including EIBs and APIs.
- Understand and work with the Workday data model and Business Process Framework.
- Support global HR systems and users across different business functions.




- Analyze system issues and provide appropriate functional/technical solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on Workday experience
- Solid Workday Reporting experience
- Strong Workday Security experience
- Workday HCM, Time Tracking & Absence
- Complex Reports, Dashboards & Calculated Fields
- Workday Security Framework

- Global HR systems experience

Preferred Skills

- Workday certifications in Reporting, Security, or HCM
- Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, or other AI/automation tools
- Experience working with global organizations and compliance environments
- Exposure to other People Technology / HR Tech tools
- Advanced analytics or data visualization experience
