We are looking for a highly technical Workday Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, mission-critical Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and experience developing integrations from scratch, along with solid knowledge of PECI/PICOF payroll integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
- Build advanced integrations involving complex business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration.
- Develop and support global payroll integrations using PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF.
- Work with global payroll providers and third-party systems to ensure accurate and secure employee/payroll data exchange.
- Develop complex XSLT, XML, and XPath transformations for data mapping and processing.




- Troubleshoot integration failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, payroll teams, HR stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Workday integration best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Proven ability to develop complex Studio integrations from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with PECI and PICOF payroll integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of XSLT, XML, and XPath.
- Experience integrating Workday with external payroll providers and third-party applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Workday Integration Certification is highly preferred.
