We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Workshop Manager to manage and supervise our CNC/VMC machine shop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining, workshop management, production planning, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the CNC/VMC machine shop.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Supervise machine operators, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor machining quality and ensure adherence to required specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Purchase, and other departments.
- Identify and resolve machine, production, and process-related issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of CNC/VMC machines and workshop equipment.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Monitor productivity, rejection, downtime, and overall workshop performance.
- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: Having 10years to 12 years hands on experience in CNC / VMC machine shop operations and workshop management.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and production practices.
- Valuable leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mehsana, Gujarat.
