Role Overview

We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant with 2-5 years of relevant Workday Integration experience, with hands-on exposure to Finance / Workday Financials integrations. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations to support business requirements, with a focus on finance-related processes and data flows.

The role involves working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and effective Workday solutions.

Key Skills Qualifications

- 2-5 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
- Hands-on experience working on Finance / Workday Financials integrations.
- Solid knowledge of EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
- Experience with integrations involving finance-related business processes such as Suppliers, Customers, Accounts, Financial Accounting, Expenses, Payments, Banking, or related Workday Financials areas.
- Must have experience working on at least one end-to-end Workday implementation, preferably involving Finance integrations.
- Hands-on experience in integration development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.




- Good understanding of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
- Strong knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML and JSON.
- Experience with XSLT / data transformation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Workday Reports / Advanced Reports / BIRT and their use in integrations.
- Experience working with third-party systems and external applications as part of integration solutions.
- Active Workday Integration certification is mandatory.
