The Opportunity

As a Workday Financials Delivery Manager at PwC AC, you will lead delivery across Workday Financial Management engagements with a focus on Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and overall delivery coordination.

The role combines strong Workday Financials functional knowledge with delivery leadership. You will coordinate across functional and technical workstreams, manage priorities and dependencies, oversee quality and timelines, and act as a key point of contact for client and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate Workday Financials delivery across R2R and P2P workstreams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, timelines and dependencies.
- Provide functional oversight across areas such as general accounting, journals, close, supplier accounts, procurement, expenses, payments and settlements.
- Work with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, assess requirements and guide solution decisions.
- Manage delivery of enhancements, production support, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review solution designs and functional deliverables to ensure quality, scalability and alignment with Workday leading practices.
- Coordinate across Financials, Integrations, Reporting, Security and other dependent workstreams to resolve issues and manage end-to-end impacts.
- Track delivery risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, and drive them to closure.
- Lead planning,



prioritization and allocation of work across the team while balancing delivery commitments and capacity.
- Provide guidance, coaching and functional oversight to Senior Associates and Associates.
- Support stakeholder reporting, governance discussions and overall service delivery performance.

What You Bring

- Approximately 810 years of relevant experience, including strong hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management and experience leading delivery or functional workstreams.
- Solid functional knowledge of R2R and/or P2P, with good understanding of end-to-end financial business processes.
- Experience across key Workday Financials capabilities such as Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Expenses, Banking, Settlement and related business processes.
- Experience leading or coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams within Workday implementations, optimization programs or managed-services engagements.
- Strong understanding of the Workday delivery lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and production support.
- Ability to review functional solutions, identify cross-workstream impacts and guide teams toward scalable solutions.
- Experience managing client stakeholders, priorities, escalations and competing delivery demands.
- Ability to independently manage delivery planning, risks, dependencies and team execution.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and providing functional direction.
- Experience across both R2R and P2P is preferred; deep expertise in one with good working knowledge of the other is acceptable.
- Workday Financial Management certification or relevant accreditation is preferred.
