Workday Financial Management solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise across Core Financials, with hands-on experience in Expenses, Asset Management and Banking & Settlement.

You will independently own functional deliverables, analyze complex business requirements and production issues, and recommend scalable Workday solutions while collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday Financial Management, with primary focus on Core Financials, Expenses, Asset Management and Banking & Settlement.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and functional solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot financial structures, worktags,



business processes, validations and accounting-related configurations.
- Support end-to-end processes across:
- Expenses expense reports, spend authorizations, corporate cards, expense items and approvals.
- Asset Management asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, transfers and disposals.
- Banking & Settlement bank accounts, settlements, payments, bank statements and reconciliation.
- Analyze complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Evaluate enhancement requests, assess downstream impacts and support configuration, testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with Reporting, Integrations, Security and other Workday functional teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Support Workday release reviews and adoption of relevant new functionality.
- Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
