Workday Delivery Head

We are looking for an experienced Workday Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence across global Workday programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale global Workday implementations, transformations and AMS engagements.
- Own delivery governance, quality, risks, timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Lead global teams across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Security and Reporting.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, steering committees and escalations.
- Drive resource planning, utilization, delivery performance and workforce scaling.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on pre-sales and business growth.
- Drive practice development, capability building and delivery excellence.
- Own delivery financials, forecasting, margins and P&L.;

Required Experience:





- 12+ years of experience in IT Consulting / Enterprise Application Delivery.
- 7+ years of Workday implementation and delivery leadership experience.
- Experience managing large-scale global Workday transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Security and Reporting.
- Solid program governance and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with AMS / Managed Services.
- Experience leading large, global and cross-functional teams.
- Workday certifications preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are an added advantage.
