Role Summary
ARAs Client is seeking an experienced Workday Data Mapping & Conversions Specialist to serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and lead data mapping and conversion initiatives—particularly for Workday HCM and Financials. The ideal candidate will oversee a team, collaborate across functions, and ensure data accuracy and integration excellence throughout data migration cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME on Workday data mapping and conversion processes.
- Lead and guide a team responsible for data mapping and conversion deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and implement key decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data mapping documentation and conversion specifications.
- Drive data integrity and quality control throughout the entire migration lifecycle.
- Provide scalable, cutting-edge solutions and troubleshoot complex data issues across functions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years hands‑on experience in Workday data mapping and conversions.
- Proven experience leading data migration projects.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Financials modules.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and best practices.
- Experience with ETL tools used for data transformation and loading.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or related integration tools.
- Experience working in global delivery models or virtual teams.
- Exposure to emerging HR technologies or adjacent Workday modules.

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
