Responsibilities

- As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday Benefits solutions.
- Provide Workday product, functional, and implementation expertise while working with clients to understand business requirements and configure and test solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Workday Advantages and Payroll, including benefit plans such as retirement plans (e.g., 403(b)).
- Design and implement requirements within the Workday Perks solution, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO/leave programs, and voluntary benefits.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions using Workday standard methodologies.
- Develop prototypes and demonstrate configurations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support data conversion activities and assist clients with testing and validation of configured solutions.




- Analyze Workday release updates and assess the impact of new features and changes on existing client configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and implement solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

Requirements / Preferences
- Active Workday Benefits certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Workday HCM/Benefits projects.
- Experience delivering at least 1 end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Benefits configuration and setup.
- Experience working on Open Enrollment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Benefits integration with Workday Payroll.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
