We are looking for an experienced Workday Benefits Senior Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the Workday Benefits module. The consultant will serve as the functional owner, solution architect, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Perks and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Benefits.
- Serve as the primary Benefits functional SME and solution architect.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with business and employee benefits requirements.
- Manage Benefits-related business processes, eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrollment events, and configurations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, production issues, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Integrations, and other Workday teams.




- Provide technical and functional guidance for Benefits-related projects.
- Ensure solutions improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Benefits.
- Robust knowledge of Benefits configuration and business processes.
- Experience in Workday implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and related functional areas.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a functional lead/SME.

Must-Have Competencies
- Strong Workday Benefits configuration experience
- Workday Benefits functional/solution architecture expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
- Workday Advantages certification.
- Experience working on large-scale Workday implementations or transformation projects.
- Exposure to Workday integrations and reporting.
