We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer & Web Designer to join our team and build pixel-perfect, high-performing websites for our valued clients.

You'll be responsible for the development, customization, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress websites, working closely with our marketing team to deliver responsive, SEO-friendly solutions that drive results.

We're seeking someone creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, problem-solver who stays current with the latest industry trends, tools, and coding standards.

Note: This role is open to candidates with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, as well as freshers who have completed a Frontend Web Development course or training program. Please review the requirements and technical test below before applying.

Job Responsibilities

- Build custom WordPress websites for domestic and international clients
- Develop premium WordPress themes and Bootstrap-based templates
- Customize existing websites to add new features and functionality
- Build responsive, user-friendly, mobile-optimized web pages
- Customize themes and plugins to meet specific business requirements
- Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Conduct testing and quality assurance across websites
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect websites
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Optimize websites for SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals
- Manage website backups, updates, and version control
- Ensure ongoing website speed, performance, and security optimization
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts




- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user experience and support campaign initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, including building and customizing themes and plugins
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in WordPress development or relevant frontend/web development training for freshers
- Comfortable working with Elementor or other popular page builders
- Skilled in responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser consistency
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and techniques to improve website performance
- Exposure to website hosting setup, domain configuration, SSL certificates, and site migrations
- A plus: familiarity with Git or similar version control tools
- A plus: prior experience building or managing WooCommerce stores
- Comfortable using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for basic tracking and implementation

We will evaluate your ability to accurately recreate the design, structure the website properly, implement responsive layouts, and pay attention to visual details.

Technical Test Requirements

- You may use any WordPress theme of your choice. We recommend Hello Elementor or GeneratePress.
- You must use the free version of Elementor Page Builder along with the Header Footer Builder plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-footer-elementor/
- You may use any code editor of your choice. We recommend Visual Studio Code or Sublime Text.
- Recreate all major sections shown in the reference design.
- The website should be Pixel-perfect, Fully responsive and Cross-browser compatible.
- Build the website on your local WordPress installation. You may use LocalWP https://localwp.com/ or any other local development workplace you are comfortable with.
- After completing the assignment, do a screen recording showing the completed website you have done. You can use any screen-recording tool.
