About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented WordPress Developer (Entry Level / Full-Time, Remote) to join our marketing and digital technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-converting corporate landing pages, microsites, and digital web assets that support our clean-energy campaigns and business growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a budding developer to grow their skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to projects that promote sustainability and renewable energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a keen eye for design, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA/MCA, or demonstrate relevant practical experience in web development. A solid understanding of WordPress CMS architecture, including template hierarchy, theme, and plugin customization, is essential. Hands-on proficiency with page builders such as Elementor or Elementor Pro is required.

Candidates should have working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and foundational PHP. Familiarity with SEO best practices, schema markup, and tracking tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager is desirable.



Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor and modern site-building tools.
- Implement clean custom styling using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery for animations and interactive elements.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and asset delivery through techniques such as minification, image compression, and reducing script bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, configure forms, and ensure cross-browser and mobile device compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
- Maintain site security, perform routine backups, and manage regular core, plugin, and theme updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
