Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per the defined schedule on delegated machines.
Monitor and ensure effective performance of all process machines.
Check and maintain performance of utility equipment and forklifts.
Take daily utility readings and immediately inform the Maintenance Supervisor in case of abnormalities.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of LPG, water, and diesel.
Breakdown Management
Attend to machine breakdowns immediately upon receiving information.
Conduct breakdown analysis for breakdowns exceeding 2 hours.
Lead or participate in Problem Solving Sessions for critical breakdowns.
Perform Why-Why analysis and document root causes and corrective actions.
Utility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Inspect and arrest leakages in pipelines for water, air, vacuum, and coolant.
Carry out plumbing-related activities as required.
Execute building and infrastructure maintenance tasks as and when required.
