Civil Manager – Job Description

1. Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning to completion.

2. Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.

3. Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.

4. Supervise civil contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

5. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and vendors.

6. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction requirements.

7. Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.

8. Monitor material requirements, procurement, and usage at site.

9. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
