Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Vistex Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Vistex solutions for a Medical Devices organization. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in rebates, chargebacks, contract management, pricing, and incentive programs, with a deep understanding of commercial operations within the healthcare and medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering, solution design, and SAP Vistex configuration.
- Implement and support Vistex modules including Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Contract Management, Pricing, and Incentive Administration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, and Distribution.
- Support GPO contracts, distributor agreements, Special Pricing Agreements (SPA), and rebate programs.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Work closely with SAP SD, FICO, MM,



and S/4HANA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and process optimization recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and lead client-facing workshops.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years of SAP Vistex experience.
- Strong experience in:
- Vistex Rebates & Chargebacks
- Contract & Pricing Management
- Incentive Administration
- Revenue Settlement Processes
- SAP SD Order-to-Cash Processes

- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of Medical Devices commercial processes, GPO contracts, distributor management, and customer rebate programs.
- Experience working on global implementation and support engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
