AGE: 22 – 28 Years

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 2 Years

QUALIFICATION: Graduation; MBA preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Basic computer knowledge

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory

- Robust-willed and responsible

- Punctual and polite

- Strong ground-level sales experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the Ahmedabad centre.

- Plan and manage own team/self.

- Expand the market and increase penetration in existing market coverage.

- Guide the team towards the Ideal Sales Representative system.

- Increase retail sales and the number of Sales Representatives.

- Control and evaluate the sales force.

- Handle and resolve market problems at the frontline level.

- Manage route sales.

- Develop and expand the market.

- Negotiate with retailers.

- Collect outstanding payments.

- Analyse sales data.
