Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments ensuring high availability performance and security compliance
- Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure ESXi vCenter including provisioning configuration capacity planning and lifecycle management
- Perform OS and hypervisor patching upgrades and vulnerability remediation with minimal downtime and transparent change documentation
- Monitor system health and performance troubleshoot complex issues across compute storage networking and guest OS layers
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery processes regularly validate restore procedures and disaster recovery readiness
- Manage Active Directory services including user group administration GPOs DNS DHCP integration and authentication troubleshooting




- Support virtualization operations such as VM builds templates snapshots resource allocation and cluster HA DRS configurations
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to enforce hardening standards access controls and audit requirements
- Create and maintain operational documentation runbooks and standard procedures mentor junior administrators as needed
- Participate in on call support and lead incident problem management efforts to reduce recurring issues through root cause analysis
