- Manage and maintain Windows infrastructure environments ensuring availability performance and operational stability
- Plan coordinate and execute Windows patching cycles monthly adhoc including pre checks deployment and post validation
- Perform patch impact analysis risk assessment and scheduling aligned with maintenance windows and change governance
- Troubleshoot patching failures and infrastructure issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
- Maintain patch compliance reporting dashboards and audit ready documentation for stakeholders and security teams
- Coordinate with application owners to validate services after patching and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support Windows Server administration activities such as health checks capacity monitoring and incident problem management
- Drive standard operating procedures SOPs runbooks and continuous improvements for patching and infrastructure operations
Technical Requirements:
- 5 11 years of hands on experience in Windows infrastructure operations and Windows patching management
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Windows Server administration in enterprise environments
- Experience executing patching processes with explicit validation steps rollback planning and change coordination
- Proven troubleshooting skills across Windows infrastructure including patch related failures and service disruptions
