We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Presales Consultant to serve as a strategic technical partner for our Engineering Services and solution providers sector. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering product development lifecycles and client business objectives by leveraging deep expertise in PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the presales process by articulating the value of PTC Windchill, crafting tailored solution architectures, and leading high-impact technical engagements that secure recent business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to gather client requirements and analyze existing business processes.
- Design and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution proposals, and Scope of Work documents that clearly address customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps that map specific client challenges to appropriate Windchill modules.
- Lead client workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase solution capabilities and address inquiries.
- Author and refine RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Translate intricate technical concepts into clear,
business-focused language for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Independently manage the end-to-end presales cycle, from initial requirement gathering to final proposal submission.
- Prepare professional documentation including solution positioning strategies and technical specifications.
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering services or related technical fields.
- Proven expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, specifically within the context of engineering product development.
- Solid functional command of PTC Windchill PLM and its core modules.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating high-quality technical presentations, proposals, and architectural documentation.
- Proven track record in presales consulting, solution positioning, and business process analysis.
- Capability to independently facilitate customer workshops, demonstrations, and technical negotiations.
- Skill in mapping diverse customer requirements to optimal Windchill solution architectures.
- Experience in responding to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
