About the Role

At Pie Matrix, we’re looking for a proactive and creative WhatsApp & Email Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond simply executing tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, contribute ideas, analyze results, and work directly with senior team members to understand how marketing decisions are made in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging promotional, informational, and customer communication messages.
- Assist in developing campaign content, subject lines, and call-to-action messaging.
- Maintain and organize customer databases and contact lists.
- Assist with customer segmentation and targeted campaigns.
- Schedule and manage WhatsApp and email campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, including delivery, open, click-through, and response rates.
- Analyze campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, content, and campaign formats.
- Monitor customer responses and share relevant insights with the team.
- Maintain campaign reports and marketing data.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns within timelines.
- Research new ideas, trends,



and strategies for improving customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or email marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing communication and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to write engaging content.
- Analytical approach and willingness to work with campaign data.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant projects/coursework are welcome.
