Role Description As a Business Development Manager at TRADEGENIUZ CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will conduct market research, develop outreach strategies, and present the company’s services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, preparing proposals and agreements, and tracking sales performance and pipelines.





You will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business strategies and contribute to overall business planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kumbakonam.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales negotiation.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and projects.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, investments, or capital markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Kumbakonam.
