CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage welding workers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor production.
- Check welding quality and ensure proper output.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE.
- Check and maintain welding machines and equipment.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Resolve basic welding and production-related issues.
- Maintain 5S and proper housekeeping in the work area.
