Role Description This is a full-time, in office Welder role based in Jaipur. The Welder will perform daily welding tasks on structural and industrial components, following technical drawings, welding procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and positioning workpieces,



selecting appropriate welding methods and materials, executing high-quality welds, and inspecting joints for strength and accuracy. The Welder will also maintain welding equipment, assist in fabrication and assembly activities, and collaborate with supervisors and engineering teams to meet project timelines and quality requirements. Strict adherence to workplace safety, housekeeping, and company policies is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Welding and Arc Welding for industrial and structural applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in TIG Welding and MIG Welding for precision and high-strength joints.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including metals, alloys, and appropriate filler materials.
- Relevant technical training or certification in welding from an accredited institute is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, mining, construction, or heavy engineering environments will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and safety guidelines.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, with readiness to work in demanding site conditions.
