The Role

We’re looking for a Wedding Videographer / Cinematographer who can work across more than just weddings.

You’ll be involved in wedding films, commercial shoots, brand content, BTS, social media content and production . You’ll work closely with our creative and social media teams to make sure every shoot produces content that can be used both for the client and for Touchwood’s own digital presence.

This is a role for someone who wants to shoot, create, learn and grow not someone who wants to do the same type of shoot every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Shoot and create wedding films, cinematic wedding content and social media content
- Work on commercial and brand shoots across different industries
- Shoot content for brands in the automobile, entertainment and other sectors
- Capture BTS content during shoots for Touchwood’s Instagram and other social platforms
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to understand what content needs to be captured during shoots
- Assist with planning shots, visual references, camera setups and production requirements




- Work with the creative team to execute the visual direction of projects
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting and other production equipment
- Contribute creative ideas rather than simply executing instructions
- Maintain professional standards while working with clients, talent and production teams

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of videography and cinematography
- Experience shooting weddings is preferred
- Ability to adapt to different shooting styles from cinematic weddings to commercial content
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement and storytelling
- Comfortable working in fast-paced shoot environments
- Someone who has a good visual eye and understands what makes content look good
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities beyond shooting

Gear You should have your own camera/essential shooting setup and be comfortable working with professional equipment.

However, Touchwood has an in-house production setup with cameras, lenses, lighting and other equipment , so you will have access to the gear required for shoots.

Working Structure

Non-shoot days:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM,



Monday to Saturday.

The timing can be flexible on lighter workdays, depending on workload and responsibilities.

Shoot days:

Working hours will be based on the actual shoot schedule . Shoot timings may replace the regular office schedule depending on the production requirements.

Sunday shoots:

If you are required to work on a Sunday for a shoot, you can take a weekday off in exchange , subject to the team's workload and schedule.

If you are asked to work on an otherwise scheduled off day where an exchange-off isn't possible, additional shoot compensation can be discussed separately.
