About the Role

English Mithra is looking for confident and enthusiastic English Trainers to join our weekend training team. This is a weekend-only opportunity suitable for candidates who enjoy working with students and have strong English communication skills.

We are hiring for two roles:

- Homework & Grammar Trainer

Responsibilities:

- Guide students with their assigned English homework.
- Help students understand and apply grammar concepts.
- Identify and correct common grammatical errors.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide appropriate feedback.
- Encourage students to improve their written and spoken English.
- Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of English grammar.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.

2. Calling Activity Trainer

Responsibilities:

- Conduct English-speaking and calling-based activities with students.
- Engage students in interactive communication activities.
- Encourage students to speak confidently in English.
- Provide corrections and constructive feedback.




- Monitor student participation and engagement.
- Create a comfortable and supportive environment for students to practise English.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English and pronunciation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with students.
- Ability to engage students through conversations and activities.
- Previous English teaching/training experience is an advantage.

Working Schedule

Saturday & Sunday only

Available shifts

- Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation

Fixed Pay: ₹5,000 per month
