Décor Manager –

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Décor Manager who can drive décor sales for weddings, venues, and residential projects while managing costing, vendors, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and close décor orders for weddings, venues, and homes.
- Convert wedding clients into décor customers, including clients working with other planners.
- Understand venue requirements, prepare estimates, and develop accurate costing for materials and labour.
- Maintain healthy margins while preparing décor proposals and packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, hotels, wedding planners, and other potential partners.
- Manage outsourced vendors, negotiate rates, and coordinate requirements at the site.
- Maintain a portfolio of décor packages with clear pricing and photographs.




- Coordinate with the fabrication and site execution teams after receiving the advance payment.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects for execution.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in décor, events, exhibitions, interiors, or related sales.
- Strong understanding of décor costing, materials, labour, and site requirements.
- Positive visual understanding and ability to suggest practical décor solutions to clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable managing vendors and coordinating on-site requirements.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
