Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform arc welding, MIG/TIG welding operations to fabricate metal structures, pipes, and other components according to design specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues related to welding processes and equipment as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times during work hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in arc welding (MMA/SMAW) & TIG welding (GTAW).
- Diploma/ITI qualification required; B.Tech degree preferred.
- Robust understanding of structural fabrication techniques for steel structures, pipes, etc.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings for accurate assembly.
