About the Role

VisionONE is looking for a hands-on Website Developer to build, maintain and improve our WordPress website and digital platforms. The role involves WordPress development, front-end and back-end development, lead generation, SEO, performance optimisation, security, AI-enabled website features and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain WordPress pages, templates, reusable components and custom functionality
- Work hands-on with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and PHP
- Develop responsive, mobile-first and accessible web experiences
- Build lead-generation journeys including demo requests, newsletter sign-ups, partner enquiries and careers applications
- Integrate forms with CRM,



email marketing, analytics and automation platforms
- Integrate and support AI assistants, chatbots and intelligent website features
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp and third-party services
- Build campaign landing pages and optimise CTAs for conversions
- Improve SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed and overall website performance
- Manage WordPress updates, security, backups, staging and deployments.

Must-Have Skills
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on WordPress or web development experience
- Strong WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, Gutenberg and/or major page builders
- Experience integrating AI assistants, chatbots or AI-powered website features
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
- Experience with forms, CRM integrations and lead-generation workflows
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager
- Knowledge of caching, CDN, website security and performance optimisation
- Experience with Git, hosting/cPanel and basic Linux
- Portfolio or live website examples

- Marketing automation tools
- Figma and basic UI/UX understanding
- WCAG and accessibility knowledge
- Experience working with LLM APIs or conversational AI platforms
