We are looking for a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure server-side applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality software that powers our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications.
2. Design and optimize databases (both relational and NoSQL) to handle high-traffic systems and ensure data integrity.
3. Build and integrate with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to serve both internal and external clients.
4. Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following industry best practices and design patterns.
6. Optimize performance of the backend systems to ensure fast and reliable responses.
7. Implement security best practices to safeguard data and maintain the integrity of systems.
8. Manage infrastructure using cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
9. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
10. Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, errors, and bugs to ensure the smooth running of applications.
11. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
12. Document technical solutions, systems architecture,



and deployment processes.
13. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve backend systems.

Required Qualifications

1. Proficiency in backend programming languages such as [Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go, PHP] with experience in relevant frameworks like [Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Express.js, Ruby on Rails, Laravel].
2. Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Solid understanding of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and authorization methods (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
6. Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
8. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems for performance and scalability.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience and Education

1. Minimum 4 Years of Experience required
2. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3. Advanced certifications in backend technologies or cloud platforms are a plus.
