Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a Web Developer & AI Automation Intern to work on website and digital product development, while also contributing to AI-led automation initiatives within the agency.

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in frontend development, exposure to backend development, an understanding of UI/UX implementation, and a robust interest in AI and automation. You’ll work closely with our UI/UX design, content, and business teams to bring digital experiences to life and explore technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the content team to translate website and app designs into functional, responsive digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for websites and web applications.
- Work with APIs, databases, CMS platforms, forms, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure websites are responsive, functional, user-friendly, and aligned with approved UI/UX designs.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimise websites across devices and browsers.
- Support website deployment, maintenance, updates, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with project, design, content, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver web solutions.
- Support AI-led automation initiatives across Rite KnowledgeLabs by identifying repetitive processes and exploring opportunities for automation.
- Build and test AI-powered workflows, integrations, and tools using relevant AI APIs and automation platforms.
- Explore ways to integrate AI into websites, digital experiences, and internal workflows.





Key Requirements

- Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with React and Next.js, with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- WordPress Development: Experience working with WordPress, including website development, customisation, themes, plugins, and integrations.
- Backend Development: Basic understanding of backend development, APIs, databases, and server-side functionality.
- AI & Automation: Exposure to AI APIs, automation platforms, or AI-powered projects, with an interest in building practical AI-led solutions and workflows.
- UI/UX Implementation: Ability to interpret Figma/UI designs and translate them into responsive, functional web experiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to experiment with new technologies.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and other stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Additional Technical Skills: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, website deployment, WordPress customisation, APIs, and databases will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, academic projects, freelance work,



or personal projects will be considered.
- Hands-on web development experience demonstrated through projects, GitHub, or a portfolio is preferred.

Stipend As per industry standards.
