THE ROLE

As a Web Content Specialist (WCS) – AEM, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital content experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

This role is focused on content authoring, content management operations, and supporting enterprise digital experience initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure accurate, scalable, and high-quality content delivery across digital platforms.

You will contribute to day-to-day content operations while supporting content governance, structured content strategies, and customer experience optimization initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage and author digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5+ environments.

Create, manage, and maintain Content Fragments, including variations, versioning, and structured content models.

Support content publishing, updates, and maintenance activities across enterprise digital platforms.

Work with Multi Site Manager (MSM) to manage content rollouts, localization, and multi-site content synchronization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and developers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with customer experience goals.

Handle client communication and support content-related requests, issue tracking, and operational coordination.

Use Jira or similar ticketing tools to manage tasks, workflows, issue resolution, and delivery tracking.

Ensure adherence to content governance standards, publishing workflows, and operational best practices.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of content and publishing-related issues within AEM environments.





Contribute to improving content operations processes and supporting scalable content management practices.

WHAT YOU BRING

2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5+.

Strong understanding of Content Fragments, including structured content management, variations, and versioning.

Hands-on experience with Multi Site Manager (MSM) and multi-site content operations.

Experience managing digital content workflows and enterprise content publishing processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience handling client interactions independently.

Experience using Jira or similar ticketing and workflow management tools.

Valuable understanding of digital content lifecycle management and enterprise CMS operations.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.

GOOD TO HAVE

Knowledge of GraphQL querying and headless content delivery concepts.

Experience working on e-commerce website authoring and content operations.

Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems and omnichannel content delivery.

Understanding of SEO, responsive content practices, and digital customer experience principles.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
